HOLOCO PRESENTS "3D CHAMPIONSHIP TROPHY" TO BAYER LEVERKUSEN
We´ve been often asked why and where our holograms are in operation. Normally we work for hidden champions and help to bring products in need of explanation to life at trade fairs using hologram technology. Recently, we received a last-minute request from TecArenaPlus to holographically stage the "champions trophy" for Bayer Leverkusen.
The reason was simple and obvious. Bayer Leverkusen had already been crowned German soccer champions on match day 29. However, the official handover from the DFB did not take place until a good month later on May 18. Due to this time discrepancy, coupled with the club's desire to share this historic moment with the fans earlier, the (digital) championship trophy was set up and presented in the VIP area of the BayArena in the HOLOCO [XL].
We think this is a great example which shows that digital twins in hologram displays can not only replace real objects, but also have an innovative and attention-grabbing effect. Even Germany's biggest newspaper thought it was worth a newspaper article.
